Visiting the Club FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the Club checking proof of vaccination?
Yes; as the Club houses both restaurants and a Fitness Centre, we are required to check proof of vaccination for all members and guests every time they visit or risk closure and/or significant fines. Please be sure to bring your physical or digital BC Vaccine Card and a piece of government-issued ID with you to the Club.

What is the mask policy at the Club?
As per the current PHO order (effective August 25 until further notice), masks are currently mandatory for all people 12 and older in all indoor spaces except when seated at a restaurant table or engaged in physical activity.

Physical distancing is still encouraged. Please continue to respect other members’ space as their comfort level may differ from yours. Thank you for doing your part to keep TCC safe for members and staff.

Does the Club still have the Safety Protocols in place?
TCC’s Safety Protocols (January 2022) update is available for review, alongside the Communicable Disease Prevention Plan.

Can I book my birthday party, private dinner, team strategy session, board meeting, luncheon, etc. at TCC?
Yes! Indoor organized seated gatherings are permitted for 50 people or 50% capacity, whichever is greater. For more information or to book a viewing, please contact [email protected] or [email protected].

Can I bring guests to the Fitness Centre now?
Members may now bring guests to the Fitness Centre; the adult drop-in charge is $25.

Are Fitness Classes being offered at the Club now?
Fitness Classes will remain virtual until Phase 4 of BC’s Restart Plan. View the schedule in the monthly newsletter and register online at Member Central. Can’t make a class? Fitness Classes are recorded and uploaded to Member Central the following day and will remain available for one week.

Are you still offering Meal Kits?
Yes! Meal kits, pre-made meals, pantry staples, beer and wine are still available through tcc2go.com. Eligible purchases go toward your quarterly minimum food spend.
