New TCC House Wines

On April 20th, we had the pleasure of launching our brand new house wines at our first Members’ Wine Tasting in over a year. These brilliant wines were brought to life through a collaborative effort between TCC’s Wine Director DJ Kearney and BC’s own Okanagan Crush Pad, with original label artwork designed in house. Club White | 2020

When noble white grapes Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc collide, delicious things happen! Pinot Gris’s lush peaches and honeysuckle mingle with Pinot Blanc’s golden apples and jazzy citrus. It’s a mouthful of juicy, succulent fruit bathed in lip-smacking natural acidity, finishing dry and clean . Ripe Pinot Gris from Kelowna and old vine Pinot Blanc from Okanagan Falls is a winning formula for TCC’s all-weather, all-occasion white blend, fermented in concrete with zero oak used.

Club Red | 2019

Velvety Merlot meets inky Cabernet Franc in our juicy, chewy, fruit-forward house red blend. Our winery partner Okanagan Crush Pad sourced grapes from Naramata, Osoyoos, Oliver, and Summerland to build a multi-layered snapshot of the elegant (and smoke-free!) 2019 vintage. This handsome blend is made in concrete and large neutral barrels to keep the focus firmly on cherry, plummy flavours. Zippy natural acidity is the Okanagan signature, ensuring our Club Red will refresh every bite created by the TCC culinary team.

Club Bub | Bub Brut 2018

This bespoke bubbly is made for Terminal City Club at Okanagan Crush Pad Winery. Our shared values of tradition, authenticity, and integrity are expressed through organically grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from cool Summerland and warmer Oliver. Bottle-fermented just like Champagne, our fizz spent 36 months in the bottle developing toasty complexity and finesse. Bone dry and bracing, Bub Brut is zippy, fresh, and ready for any occasion.

PINK Crush | Rosé 2020

Pinot Noir grapes imbue this flirty pink with crunchy red berry flavours and lip-smacking acidity. Unlike most rosés, ours is whole-cluster crushed for mega flavour, wild-fermented in slender concrete tulip vats then allowed to relax on a soft bed of texture-building lees. Confidently dry and crushable, this pink will stroll from the patio to the dining room with stylish ease. TCC and our winery partner Okanagan Crush Pad share values of authenticity and tradition… and a passion for pink!
