Dear TCC Members, Staff, and Guests,
Today, I have the great pleasure of telling you about a significant honour for our Club. This morning, the Canadian Society of Club Managers (CSCM) announced the winners of its annual Club awards in several categories. I am thrilled to reveal that Terminal City Club has been named this year’s CSCM Club of the Year.
This distinction reflects not only our 127 years of history, but also the efforts and energy of TCC Members and staff in recent years. The community that we have created together is remarkable, and I hope you will join me in relishing this moment of pride.
On behalf of the TCC Board of Directors, I would like to thank each and every one of you – our Members and Staff – as well as our guests, for helping to shape the Club into what it is today. The first half of 2020 has tested all of us in ways we never imagined, but perhaps this recognition will turn out to be a sign of better days to come.
A formal (virtual) awards presentation will take place at the CSCM National Conference in October, but in the meantime, please don’t be shy about bragging on behalf of your Club. Recognition such as this doesn’t happen every day!
With thanks and congratulations,
