PRESIDENT’S LETTER
Dear fellow members,
Over the past year, much of our work has centred on enhancing the ways members connect with the Club and with each other. Sometimes those investments are highly visible, while others happen behind the scenes. Together, they reflect the Board and Management’s continued commitment to thoughtful evolving the Club and the member experience for both today and the future.
One example is the upcoming addition of a golf simulator, which will introduce a new year-round recreational amenity for members and build on the expansion of our wellness offerings earlier this year. Whether you’re refining your swing through the winter months, introducing a family member to the game, or enjoying a friendly round with fellow members, we believe this new feature will add another dimension to Club life while supporting the active, social lifestyle our members value.
Another area of ongoing focus for both the Board and Management is ensuring that Terminal City Club offers experiences that cannot easily be replicated elsewhere. While our facilities are important, it is often the quality of our programming that creates lasting value for members and strengthens engagement within the Club community.
This month’s wine programming reflects that commitment. From educational tastings and curated culinary pairings to access to recognized industry experts, these experiences are designed to deepen members’ enjoyment of the Club while showcasing the expertise of our Food and Beverage team. My wife and I have attended these events with friends over the years, and they remain one of the ways we personally enjoy the Club. Whether you are exploring the wines of Piedmont or gaining insight into Burgundy from DJ Kearney, our Wine Director and one of Canada’s leading industry experts, these programs exemplify our ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional and distinctive member experiences.
Community remains at the heart of the Club. From member-led Salons and networking events to family programming and social gatherings, there are many opportunities to learn, connect, and build meaningful relationships. If you haven’t already, I encourage you to follow @tcclub on Instagram for a glimpse into the many experiences taking place throughout the Club each week.
As we continue to invest in the Club and strengthen the member experience, the one-time subscription for new Resident and Corporate memberships will increase to $7,000 starting January 1, 2027. If someone in your network has been considering membership, this fall and winter presents an excellent opportunity to submit an application before the new joining fee takes effect. We encourage prospective members to connect with our Membership team to learn more about the benefits of belonging to the Club and becoming part of our community.
I would also like to welcome the 30 members who joined the Club last month and many thanks to members who continue to introduce friends, family, and colleagues to the Club. Referrals remain the most meaningful ways we grow our community, helping us welcome individuals who will contribute to the vibrant culture and connections that make Terminal City Club special.
Thank you, as always, for your engagement, feedback, and support. The strength of Terminal City Club lies not only in its facilities and programs, but in the members who bring it to life every day. I look forward to seeing you around the Club this fall.
Warm regards,

Pierre Pelletier
President, Terminal City Club
