Focus on Fitness

Many of you are focusing on fitness as you practice self-isolation and social distancing, so we have put together a schedule that we hope will  keep you feeling connected, and get moving.

Monday | 5 – 6 p.m.
F.I.T. with Mil (more high intensity and high impact)

Tuesday | 5 – 6 p.m.
Power Flow Yoga with Rachel

Wednesday | 5 – 6 p.m.
F.I.T. with Mil (more high intensity and high impact)

Thursday | 5 – 6 p.m.
Sculpt and Stretch with Mil (more low intensity, no impact, lighter workout)

Friday 12 – 1 p.m.
Dynamic Core Conditioning with Mil (mix of cardio and core)


Squash Talk with Barry Gifford
Mondays & Thursdays
6:30 p.m.

Keep your game on track! Barry will kick off Squash Talks on April 9, live on Zoom. This first session will lay the ground work for these weekly — Monday and Thursday — workouts. The sessions will be between 30 and 40 minutes, followed by the traditional “Social”. BYOB!
