Steve Kaldestad – Tenor/Alto Saxophone
After 8 years gigging in London, England, Steve made the move to Vancouver in 2008 and since then has established himself as one of Vancouver’s first call saxophonists, releasing two albums as a leader on the acclaimed Cellar Live label. Steve is on Faculty at Capilano University and plays in a variety of settings on the Vancouver jazz scene, such as the Nightcrawlers, the Jodi Proznick Quartet, the Jill Townsend Big Band and the Dan Brubeck New Quartet.

Jodi Proznick – Acoustic Bass
Jodi has earned a reputation as one of Canada’s top call jazz bassists. She has won numerous National Jazz Awards, including Bassist of the Year in ’08 and ’09. Her group the Jodi Proznick Quartet, was awarded the Acoustic Group of the Year in ’08.

Bill Coon – Guitar
Bill has performed with award-winning artists such as Jimmy Heath, Eddie Daniels, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Dee Daniels, P.J. Perry, Denzal Sinclaire and many more. He is a very busy man on the Vancouver scene, as his first-class accompanying skills are sought after by countless vocalists and bandleaders.
