The 25 metre ozonated pool has excellent views over Stanley Park, the inner harbour, and the North Shore mountains beyond. A spacious whirlpool is situated next to the pool.
The exercise area has an array of modern exercise equipment. Adjacent to the exercise area are three regulation size squash courts. Court bookings are handled by the Fitness Centre attendants.
