Stunningly located on the third floor of the Club, the Fitness Centre features a 25-metre indoor ozone treated pool with a panoramic view of Lion's Gate Bridge, the harbour, and mountains. Natural light cascades through the sweeping arch of floor-to-ceiling windows flooding beyond the pool into the exercise room. The exercise room comprises of brand-new top performing cardio and weight equipment. The cardio equipment features a tablet screen to be entertained by television or even work, as well as iPod outlets.There are spacious cherry wood locker rooms, refreshing sauna and steam rooms and an impressive outdoor terrace that complete this spectacular space.
Committed to your success, the goal of the Fitness Centre staff is to provide exceptional service, personalised instruction, quality programs, and education, to help Club members enjoy the benefits of improved health, fitness and well-being.
Food and beverage service is also available through The Grill, during normal hours of operation, for those wishing to dine on the patio. Try the amazing fruit smoothie blends!
New Year’s Resolution: 45-Day Challenge
For the month of January and February, the Fitness Centre is challenging members to commit to at least 45 workouts in 60 days. Members can choose any type of exercises: cardio, weight-training, squash, swimming, yoga or jog outside, as long as all the exercises take place at the Club.
We will have a progress chart at the Fitness Centre to keep you on track. Sign-up today at the Fitness Centre.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Clare Beary
Vinyasa Yoga is an active, flowing style yoga class proven to improve strength, balance and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels. Options will be given for each pose so that each participant feels challenged yet successful. Without breaking the natural flow from pose to pose, the focus will be on alignment and breath.
8-week winter series will begin on January 5, 2012.
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 a.m (yoga mats required)

Change Room Policy for Children
In response to concerns expressed by our members, Terminal City Club has implemented a policy for change room / washrooms with respect to children. Any children over the age of five years must use the same gender change room / washrooms. Exceptions will be made for disabilities, impairments, etc.

Hours of Operation
Weekdays: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Weekends: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Holidays: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Adult Swim Time
Weekdays : 7 – 9 a.m. & 4 – 6 p.m.
Weekends & Holidays: 8 – 10 a.m.
Only adults will be allowed in the swimming pool area during adult swim time.
