October & November Promotion
In Perfect Balance Package
Relax and unwind with this 90 minute treatment that includes a 60 minute massage targeting sore muscles, tension and fatigue and a reflex point specific foot massage that will help improve circulation and promote relaxation and sense of well-being.
Appointments with our Registered Massage Therapists are now available throughout the week. Please book early in order to guarantee a time slot.
Massage Therapy with Phresh Spa
Phresh Spa, previously named M-Body, offers a variety of massage services including deep tissue, sports massage, reflexology and hot stone massage.
Bookings are available Monday to Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with two hours’ notice.
Every Thursday • 6:30 – 7:30 a.m.
This class is appropriate for all levels. Options will be given for each pose so that each participant feels challenged yet successful. Without breaking the natural flow from pose to pose, the focus will be on alignment and breath.

Saturday Morning Squash Drills
Every Saturday • 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
“Game-like” skill drills sharpen your shots, improve your shot selection, and push you to break a sweat! This is an excellent way to start your Saturday out with some friends. All levels are welcome, as you will be slotted with people of a similar level.

Tuesday, October 14 – November 25 • 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
Ski season is already around the corner! Get your body in shape to tackle the slopes with this boot camp style class. We will condition your body so you can ski longer, harder and faster when the snow is ready. This is a 60 minute total body workout, with a large focus on the muscles you use the most for skiing – your legs! The class is designed for all levels of skiing ability, from green to double black diamond. We will get you prepped for a great season to come. Minimum of four and maximum of 10 participants.
Cost: $90 + GST
Personalized Fitness Training Start-Up Program
The Personalized Fitness Training Start-Up Program (value $130), includes two 60-minute personal training sessions and a personal exercise program booklet.
FREE for TCC members booked between October 14 & November 30, 2014.

Dress Code: Smart Casual
Unless otherwise specified, all areas of the Club, including the Grill Room, 1892, Cuvée Wine Bar, patios and private function rooms have a dress code of smart casual. Smart casual attire includes collared or turtle neck shirts, golf or knee length shorts, and dress pants. Similar attire is required for ladies. Denim is acceptable provided a collared shirt is worn and denim is of a solid colour with no fading, tears or patches.
All footwear is to be clean and smart. Casual thong footwear is not permitted outside of the fitness centre.
